Acceptance
By using Tijarti you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Accounts & verification
You must provide accurate information and a valid Commercial Registration where required. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or violates these terms. Material edits to an active listing return it to review.
Introductions & conduct
The platform facilitates introductions; it is not a party to any transaction between users. Deal terms, due diligence, and settlement are between the counterparties.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans renew per their billing period unless auto-renew is turned off. Payments are processed by our payment provider; fees are shown before purchase.
Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Tijarti is not liable for outcomes of transactions arranged between users.
